What do classes consist of?
Everyday is a different routine, to keep the body in shock. This keeps the body healthy as well as prevents hitting Plateau. We do a lot of cardio, hiit training and discipline training.
What do we teach?
Aside from teaching health and fitness, boxing skills and wellness. We teach people how to keep their body, mind and soul healthy. As our motto is "If we can only teach you how to fight, then we have failed, for I know more than just fighting. I know a better way of life."
Will I just be thrown in the ring for spaarring?
Sparring is optional for all clients, and will only be done once not only the client but the coaches feel they are ready.
What type of gear is necessary?
Boxing Gloves, Sneakers or running shoes, and a ready and willing mind.
